Yes!! We are not planning to stop just at Africa. We plan to do different regions like North America, the ocean, and many more! Each different map will have its own unique roster of playable animals found in those areas.
Yes, there will be multiple sandbox, survival and (possibly) story mode maps
The survival map is quite large… our goal is to have a lot of territory room as well as multiple biomes to explore.
See about-primal-earth. We will be updating the list as things progress.
Any extra maps we do for Africa as well as the extra animal DLCs for Africa will be free. When we move on to the next region, which will be most likely North America, it will NOT be free since it will be different with a whole new list of animals, mechanics, etc.
We will not be allowing that, but eventually we will allow mods and people can mod in animals to have them all play together if they wish.
Yes! We will have light rain, normal rain, thunderstorms, dust storms, foggy, cloudy, etc.
There will definitely be dry and wet seasons that’ll affect the environment eventually. The big survival map will have a huge river that will be the heart of the map (which will never dry up) while lakes/ponds and streams will deplete. We want to encourage migration so herds (even predators) don’t constantly stay in one place. We are even looking into plants growing and becoming lush in wet season while in the dry season a lot will die off. We will also eventually have other natural disasters that can happen on the map.
Wolves, bears, eagles, horses, deer, etc. It’s early for NA so when it gets closer to that then we will release a main list of animals.
Orcas, seals, dolphins, sharks, etc.
We are thinking to add tigers, clouded leopards, snow leopards, Indian elephants, and many more!
Yes, currently we have: Sunny, Cloudy, Light Rain, Heavy Rain, Storming, and Dust Storm. We will be adding much more including a chance for fires.
